How we work
Work follows a fixed sequence: brief, written scope, copy, design and build, then launch and care.
Every engagement follows the same sequence. Dates and page counts change; the order does not. You will know what is in scope before we design anything.

Brief
You send the company name, the current site if there is one, and what the new site must do. We reply in writing. If we are not the right studio, we say so.

Scope
Pages, content, design finish, hosting and care are written down. Work does not start until that document is agreed. Changes after that are written too.

Structure and copy
We settle the sitemap and write the public pages. Design follows the writing, not the other way round.

Design and build
We design and produce the site to the agreed scope. You review. We correct against the written standard, not against an open taste test.

Launch and care
We launch when the agreed standard is met. Hosting, security, backups and agreed updates sit in the same relationship as the build.
